Angie
She is a certified nerd with a keyboard with too many hyperfixations to list, and too little time and energy to dedicate to them all. That being said, she's a hard-working team lead who will take good care of you!

ArtBy her own admission, she is 100% bad ideas and zero chill, which makes for a fun-loving team lead that embraces all the chaos that might ensue. She's been doing this long enough that it's almost second nature, and will make sure you have a grand ol' time!

SnowLike the Ikarus of greek mythos, she has flown too close to the sun and is currently burning, though ON FIYAH is also a good way to describe it. She is a fun and responsible person who leads her team well!

MacThey love cheese so much they named their entire team after it, and they have ample experience running several events, bangs, and zines, so you can rest assured you'll be settled perfectly in their team!

Guidelines

Writers
Writers will be asked to create a new work with a minimum word count of 10,000 words.
The story must be new, unshared with the general public, and TodoDeku-centered. We do allow platonic TodoDeku, but we ask that you refrain from shipping them with others in the fic.Writers are allowed to use a story they have already begun writing, so long as it has not been shared publicly. This includes sharing general plot and ideas. We do allow NSFW stories, but please keep in mind that we will only be accepting NSFW stories from 18+ writers and will only be showing NSFW stories to artists who are 18+ and comfortable with NSFW. If you are a minor, do not write a NSFW story for this event.Writers are permitted to write whatever kind of content they desire so long as it's TodoDeku centered!Artists
Artists will be asked to create a minimum of one new piece of art based on their partner's story, chosen and assigned to them after the summary selection process at the beginning of the Big Bang.
Multiple illustrations are more than welcome. The artwork can be digital or traditional, and comic-format is also accepted.Writers are allowed to create both SFW and NSFW stories that will be separated accordingly for summary selections. In case of wanting to create for a NSFW story, and due to Tumblr and Twitter's NSFW regulations, you have two choices:- To create a NSFW piece, but post a SFW preview in Tumblr and Twitter and add a link to the full piece.
- To create a SFW piece, despite the fic's rating.
We will accommodate both choices and promote your piece accordingly. Please note that only artists who are 18+ will be allowed to create content for NSFW/18+ storiesBetas
Betas will help writers spot grammatical, spelling and syntax mistakes, plot holes, problems with the pacing and whatever else the writer is struggling with.
Betas will be assigned a role within the bang server and can be "@"'d to notify them that a writer is looking for a beta.In contacting a beta, please be sure to detail the premise of the fic, major tags/ triggers, if it is NSFW, tone of the work, how long it is, as well as what the writer is looking for help with.If someone is found to be abusing the ability to contact betas, Admins will revoke the ability to ping the beta role.Pinch Hitters
A pinch hitter is someone (an artist or writer) who volunteers to be a last minute substitute in case someone has to drop out. If you miss the sign ups or aren’t sure if you want to participate yet, this is a great way to stay involved!
Pinch hitters will be called upon through an @ of the pinch hitter role to see if there is interest by a pinch hitter to step in. From there it is first come, first serve - that is to say whomever responds to the request first will be given the slot. We cannot guarantee that you will or will not get asked to pinch hit.For pinch hitter artists, you will be required to complete at least one piece for your writer in the time provided. If we contact you, we will show you the summary of the story that needs a pinch hitter, along with the trigger warnings and whether or not the story is NSFW/18+. If you are ok with everything listed we will then connect you with the writer(s). Please check the artists’ section above for more information. For pinch hitter writers, if we contact you we will ask that you let us know if your story is NSFW/18+ and of any possible trigger warnings, along with a one or two sentence summary. We will show this to the artist, and if they are ok with everything listed we will connect the two of you. We ask that your story meet all the requirements listed in the writers section and the posting section. All pinch hitters will automatically receive a minimum one week extension for check ins, though Admins reserve the right to give further extensions or modify the ask of a writer or artist depending on when they are called upon to pinch hit.

FAQ

What exactly is a big bang?
A big bang is a collaborative event between writers and artists to work together to make complementary work. Most of the time, the writer will work with the artist to have a scene drawn from their story, but it is truly up to the partnership to make something together!
Partnerships can either be determined by the mods of the event, or you can enter the event with a friend for a predetermined partnership.Who can participate?
For this bang, we welcome anyone of all ages to participate. As long as they can write at least 10k words or create at least one piece of art for the written work within the time frame specified, then they can participate.
You may participate as a beta reader or pinch hitter writer/artist in place of an artist or writer role and gain access to the Discord server. You’ll just need to fill out the corresponding sign-up form! What is a pinch-hitter?
If one of our artists or writers needs to drop out after partnerships have already been determined, we call upon pinch hitters to fill that spot so the other participant is still able to participate in the event.
Adjustments to check ins or due dates will be made to accommodate the partnership depending on when the pinch hitter is called upon. What are the Guidelines?
Guidelines for Writers, Artists, Betas, and Pinch Hitters can be found here!
When does this bang begin?
The Schedule can be found here!
Is NSFW content allowed?
Yes, we are allowing NSFW content. We will make sure that any pairings working with NSFW content are 18 years or older.
Please be honest with us about whether you are 18 or older; if we find out someone has been lying about this, they will be kicked and banned from the event. We also ask that upon posting that any content warnings applicable to the work is tagged properly. Will there be a theme for this event?
The theme for this year is "New Horizons"!
Following the theme is NOT required to participate. The theme is only meant to help with inspiration. What genres are permitted?
Any genre of fic/art will be allowed as long as it is properly tagged.
Can I include other pairings in my work?
As long as TodoDeku is the main focus of the work, you can include whatever pairings you like. A platonic TodoDeku ship is also permitted, but please be sure to not ship them with others if you are planning to create a platonic TodoDeku work. Do note that ship bashing is not condoned or permitted.
